THE 3-STEP PROCESS

Here are the steps I use to eliminate your chronic aches and pains, improve your posture and mobility, and get you back to performing at the level you know you’re capable of.

 
 

1) PERSONAL ASSESSMENT DEEP DIVE

This is where we unpack all of your data at the deepest level to uncover exactly what the ROOT CAUSE of your challenges are and to find out what’s really behind your physical pain, lack of strength, postural asymmetries, weight gain, weight loss, etc.

This includes careful measurements and tracking of your current:

  • Physical Discomfort

  • Joint Range of Motion

  • Your Posture

  • Your Lifestyle & Work Schedule

  • Your Sleep Recovery

  • Eating Habits

  • Your Flexibility

  • Balance

  • Your Natural Strengths & Weaknesses

  • Plus any relevant medical history, injuries, or allergies/medication

The reason we take such a deep dive is that many busy, professional people like yourself end up hopping from one workout or diet to the next; and never really get sustainable results or manage to get rid of the physical pain and discomfort. This is because none of the general fitness or rehab solutions out there take into account your unique body’s needs, physiology, goals, and lifestyle requirements.

At the end of the day, no two people share the same DNA or the same body, so this is why we start with a strong foundation built on data that is relevant and customized to you and you alone.

That’s how you’ll end up sticking with this long-term and actually ENJOY the process. This approach is absolutely critical for long-term weight loss, strength building, and elimination of physical pain and discomfort so you can get back to your favorite sports and life activities without any physical inhibitions.

 

2) D.L.S. MOVEMENT FORMULA

DE-COMPRESSION, LEVERAGE, & STRENGTH

Here we take all of the raw data in step 1 and go on to build out your customized D.L.S. movement protocol that is specifically designed for your body type, current abilities,  and founded on the principles of de-compression, leverage, and strength.

The problem with traditional training, physiotherapy, and even chiropractics are that they’re hyperfocused on a single body part (the pain area or imbalance) with the idea that the surrounding muscles are weak and that we need to shock them into strength and balance.

However, this is a limited approach and doesn’t address the ROOT CAUSE of physical pain, muscle/posture imbalances, and lack of mobility — it just tries to get rid of the symptoms that you’re experiencing at that very moment. 


This is why many busy people like yourself end up living with pain, lack of strength, and imbalances no matter how hard they work in training or how hard they rehab their muscles and joints.

Instead, we will use the principles of neurology, hydraulics, and biomechanics to pinpoint WHY you’re having pain in the first place, and what’s causing the imbalance to begin with. Once we know that, we’ll apply the right degrees of decompression and leverage to ease the stress and tension in your weaker areas without overworking your body, or having you lift heavy weights with poor form like a lot of trainers have you do.

A lot of pain, muscle weakness, and lack of mobility/flexibility come down to hidden compressions and extreme muscle tension that you’re largely unaware of. This will actually aggravate every time you workout incorrectly — so once we completely eliminate those pinch points, decompress your body, and add the correct leverage with the right movements, body position, and posture, you’ll start noticing a significant reduction in physical pain — plus a noticeable boost in strength and range of motion.

All these custom sessions will fit right into your current busy schedule, where you don’t need any special equipment or long hours in the gym because they’re so customized to your specific body type and goals. You will be able to knock out these daily balancing exercises in only 20-minute sessions — without ever feeling exhausted or like you’re “pushing through the pain” just to finish your session.

I’ll be monitoring your form, posture, pain, strength, and range of motion levels every week so we can make the necessary adjustments and tweaks in real time. This way you’re always on track to hit your goals no matter what challenges you face on your journey.

3) ENERGY, RECOVERY, & SUSTAINABLE
SUCCESS

The final step is all about making sure your pain reduction, strength increases, postural improvements, and weight loss/muscle gain continue long term, in a sustainable way. At the end of the day, it’s easy to see SOME results in the short-term for most people, but KEEPING the results going despite challenges or plateaus is where most busy people like yourself tend to fall off and go back to their old habits and physique.

This is exactly why we’ll be integrating this entire customized game plan into your current schedule so you’re never pressed for time, and we’ll be making adjustments and tweaks to accommodate any changes in your schedule or life such as travel or vacation.

CLIENT CASE STUDY

 
  • We use a combination of Zoom calls and the Trainerize training app. Using Zoom, we schedule biweekly one-hour calls to assess/progress mobility and posture, perform corrective exercises, and advance your fitness program. Using the Trainerize app we build a posture/mobility/rehab program, strength training program, and have direct messaging with me to ask questions and send exercise videos five days a week.

  • VIP training and rehab is a 12-week program. In the first two weeks, we work to reduce aches and pains and improve mobility. By weeks four to six we begin to see unconscious, relaxed improvements in mobility and posture. By weeks eight through 12, we focus on progressing strength, getting back to old activities that may have caused pain, and battle-testing your improvements.

  • Training programs and recommendations are priced based on a person’s needs. Pricing is given during a free assessment. We do not accept insurance but some people have been able to use their HSA accounts or have their employers retroactively pay for their training.

  • Posture/mobility/rehab programs require a daily commitment but should only take 10-15 minutes to complete.

    Strength training programs typically are built to be completed a minimum of three times per week for 45 minutes each session. That said, we can completely customize this program based on your needs.

  • Gym memberships are recommended for the strength training programs, but not required. We are still able to make at-home workouts, body weight routines, etc. based on your access to equipment.
