HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Located in the scheduling confirmation email is the link to the posture and movement video assessment.

    • Complete the assessment by following along with the video of me performing the assessments. It typically takes 8-10 minutes.

KYLE WAUGH

I started in fitness and rehab as a track and cross country athlete and transitioned in my early 20s to a gym rat riddled with injuries. It got to the point that I couldn’t even sleep without pain waking me up three times a night. I was told never to lift again and that I’d have a hip replacement by 24.

I’m now 31, pain-free, still have my hip joints, and can sprint, jump and lift however I please. I’m not perfect, but I'm stronger and healthier than ever.

I’m now a holistic movement and fitness specialist focused on optimizing the human experience. I look to bridge the worlds of physical therapy and fitness together and get people to live their best lives.
